IRACEMA BEACH
Famous for being the poets and intellectuals’ favorite beach, Iracema beach is a portrait of the city’s wild side. There are some important houses conserved by the state and county. A sidewalk has recently been built up to the Englishmen Bridge, where you can take a good hike. It’s a straight beach, limited by breakwaters, with strong waves, dark coarse sand.
